How we leverage quality checklists to improve our customer experience

We believe that excellence in product delivery can only be achieved if each part of the process is standardized, optimized, and documented. To achieve this, each of our data analytics and machine learning systems is assembled following stringent internal procedures and proven quality control techniques.

The figure below includes an excerpt from one of our checklists used in initial assembly stages via our technicians. Each part of the process has a similar checklist where we document critical details to ensure system quality and traceability required for any future troubleshooting/upgrades. This checklist accomplishes a few things:

1. It ensures that the delivered product builds on previous successes and avoids previous failures. We treat this as a living document and ensure it is strengthened upon completion of each build.
2. It helps cross-train technicians on new system builds, ensuring that our stringent training program is repeatable across multiple skill levels.
3. It delivers a record of standard that our customers can leverage to ensure that build and assembly is consistent upon repeat orders.
